Samsung TV Return Authorization Requirements

Samsung TV Photo Submission.
    Samsung has specific photo requirements when requesting a Concealed Damage Claim:
  • All photos must be clear and sharp (in focus).
  • All photos must NOT be taken at an angle (straight on photos).
  • All photos CANNOT cut off corners of box or TV.
  • Nothing can be covering edges or corners of TV.
