- Click "File" then "Page Setup" (example)
- Clear the "Header" field
- Clear the "Footer" field
- Set Left Margin to 0.25
- Set Right Margin to 0.25
- Set Top Margin to 0.25
- Set Bottom Margin to 0.25
- Click "OK"
- Click "Tools" then "Internet Options" (example)
- Select the "Advanced" tab
- Under "Printing" - make sure "Print background colors and images" is selected
- Click "OK"
