Overview:
The SSF-TKITP-500 Professional Fiber Testing Kit is a high-quality solution for fiber certification in accordance with TIA-568-C standards. This kit includes an Optical Power Meter and Light Source to test both multimode and single-mode installed fibers. Four wavelengths, with a range of 70 decibels (dB). The Light Source and Power Meter measure link loss, allowing calculation of the link loss budget.
The test kit is designed for efficiency and ease of operation. Features include storage of up to 1000 test records. Data can be exported to CSV via downloadable software (PC only).
The test kit provides SC testing by default. LC testing is available with use of the included LC adapter and reference cables in the full reference cable pack. Adapters for FC-ST terminated cables are also included. All kit items are contained in a sturdy case for easy access in the field.
The SSF-TKITP-500 provides detailed fiber certification in accordance with TIA-568-C standards.
